A.HIPAA Compliant Video Conference
Sign up by filling out the form on this page (please provide preferred Date & Time) and a Telehealth Consent Form (required for all clients).
You will receive an email confirmation. Online video sessions are filling up quickly, if the date/time you selected isn’t available, Susan will reach out to you with alternative options.
Once session date/time have been confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the LINK, CLICK to JOIN the session. You’ll be prompted to create an account with your email and password.
Top right of ZOOM website, click “JOIN A MEETING” PLEASE JOIN ONLY AT YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION TIME!
Voice-Only Phone Sessions:
Dr. Berger is here for clients who who may prefer a voice-only phone sessions. If you are interested in a voice only session, please fill out the form and respond to the final field questions about voice only sessions. Dr. Berger will then follow up with instructions and further detail.
